i promised a big announcement. and here it is, delivered.

crafty bastards was FANTASTIC! as you probably know by now, this is the very first show i did with solely my jewelry work. the feedback from the crafty bastards fair helped me to make a final decision:

i will be closing imogene the boutique to work on imogene the jewelry line!

i realized that i wasn’t giving enough time or attention to either my jewelry or the boutique- they were competing with each other for me! i believe that it’s the right time and place now for me to pursue my jewelry career.

i have had so much fun and learned so much from being a shopowner. it really is a bittersweet goodbye. like i say in my “about” page, i am truly inspired by all of the designers that we represent here and hope that i was able to play a teeny tiny role in their success.

thank you to all of you who have supported me in my endeavors!! the shop will remain open through the holidays and then you can expect an awesome store revamping brought to you by the one and only graphic designer, computer programmer extraordinarie, steve.

onto the next chapter!
