it has been REALLY dark here the past two days. too dark for picture taking, so there will be no object of inspiration posts.

did i mention that i got that sun lamp that was i talking about a few posts ago? i’ve been using it regularly for a week now and i do feel that it has lifted my spirits and given me an overall boost of energy. yesterday i had a dog-walking shift and normally, after a day with the dogs, i’m beat in the evenings, but i had pep until around ten p.m. also, on a dark day like today, i’m usually feeling a little sullen, but that’s not the case today! thank you again to all the readers who e-mailed me about your lamp therapy experience. i’m so happy i took the leap and bought one. i highly recommend this to anyone experiencing SAD.

now onto weekend news!

also happening this weekend is one last opportunity to shop and meet your local favorite artists at the last minute maul. (i love that name)

i won’t be able to make it to the maul myself because i will be meeting my little niece for the very first time! my bestest buddy is flying in from san diego and bringing her new baby girl with her!
