					<description>really cool, and beautiful.  What kind of wire are you using.  I want to try fusing wire which I know you can do with fine silver, but I wasn't sure if you could do it with sterling or other kinds of wire.  Did you fuse your links or solder them?</description>

i've never fused wire before and don't know anything about it.  i think megan auman does, though.  any thoughts, megan?

					<description>tricia - it all depends on what kind of torch you are using.  small/thin fine silver links can easily be fused with a regular acetylene torch.  i use a fusing/welding process with sterling, but you need an oxy/acetylene mini torch, because it gets hotter.  sterling always wants to ball up away from the heat, so i've found that you really need pieces to overlap in order to fuse them.  hope this helps!
