Returns & Exchanges

All purchases are returnable or exchangeable for STORE CREDIT within thirty days of shipment date.  Please contact us if you would like to return or exchange any items you have purchased.  Please note that returns and exchanges received without prior consent cannot be processed.  Of course, merchandise must be returned in the condition it was received.  All return shipping rates are the responsibility of the customer.  Thank you! in advance for your cooperation.

Shipping

We do our best to ship within three days of receiving your order, come rain, sleet or snow. Even on sunny days, when the park is calling! We ship globally, but cannot be held responsible for packages stopped at customs. Please check your country’s custom laws before ordering! Currently we ship via US Postal Service Priority Mail and Fedex Air, if you need rush service.

You can track the status of your order from your account if you have one, or via the confirmation email sent when your package is shipped.
